“For in Him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are His offspring.’” Acts 17:28 (NLT)
Recently I had a dream where I was at a gym/fitness center and was getting a base line test of what I could do. I was being pushed to the limit in every area so as to establish a baseline to build off of. I finished all the tests quickly and was allowed to leave early, but as I was walking out the door I mentioned to my coach that I was sure I’d be sore tomorrow.
I believe we are in a season of divine training. We are being prepared for what’s coming, a big battle and a huge harvest! We are being pushed to the limits of our faith, maybe even physically. I know personally, we have never lived on so little sleep, as our nights are very spiritually active! This may not be easy, but training was never intended to be easy. It is meant to bring out our best, through sweat, pain and perseverance.
What we have known as normal Church life is all about to change. The supernatural will become much more common in our lives and gatherings. I am not saying it will be common place, because it is always amazing when God moves! Nevertheless, the Lord is preparing us for great exploits (Daniel 11:32/NLT) and for operating in greater works (John 14:12). His true Church will live, move and have its being in Him.
So, get ready. Invite the Holy Spirit to be your trainer, to push you to your limits, and then further! Draw nearer to Jesus than you ever have before, asking Him to be more manifest in every area of your life and all that you do. Tell Him that you want to be one who does great exploits with and for Him, because you know Him. Invite Him to make you a vessel that can operate in even greater works than these! Completely surrender to His leading. And thank Him, that He has desired for you to be a part of His army in this hour!
