Expose. Disclose. Close. And Dispose!

“But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.” Ephesians 5:13 (NIV)

Wow! 2020 has been an unprecedented year! And the revealing is not over yet. Things have been exposed, disclosed, closed and disposed! Consider these definitions…

Expose – to lay open to danger, attack, or harm; to uncover, to present to view, exhibit, or display; to make known, or disclose; to reveal or unmask!

Disclose – to make known, reveal, or uncover; to cause to appear, allow to be seen or lay open to view!

Close – to stop or obstruct; to block or hinder passage or access to; to bring to an end; to terminate or suspend the operation of; to halt the activities of.

Dispose – to remove from office or position; to testify or affirm under oath; to deal with conclusively; to get rid of; to do away with; to destroy.

As we step into 2021, please pray that everything that needs to be exposed would be exposed; everything that needs to be disclosed would be disclosed; everything that need to be closed would be closed; and everything (and person) that needs to be disposed would be disposed. Pray that eyes that have been hindered from seeing would see. Pray that doors that have been locked and shut would be unlocked and opened! Pray that God would remove every obstacle that is hindering the great awakening that is, even now, at the door! Ask God for grace over you and your church to be ready for all He has in store for 2021.
