“So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” Revelation 3:16 (ESV)
There is darkness and evil and there is God and light. There is no gray space in between! Gray is for those who don’t know or don’t care! Gray is a delusion! You are either on one side or another. And I’m not just talking to world, but this is primarily to the church who tries to live in the gray zone. Without Jesus, the world has no light. But sadly, much of the church allows darkness in their lives.
Folks, if any place of your life is in darkness it is not yielded to Jesus! Please bring yourself completely into the light. Get out of the enemy’s camp. If you’re living in the camp of the enemy, he is paying you, he is deceiving you! The gray area is going to be erased, so get out of it! The lukewarm church will have its lampstand removed (Revelation 2:4-5)! Honestly, this whole past season has allowed God to see who are truly His! Does that include you?
Ask the Lord if there is any gray matter in you? Ask Him to reveal every place where you are living in compromise. You may not see it until He reveals it to you. Ask Him to expose every place in your church that is lukewarm. Pray for your pastor to be ignited with the fire God and that any trace of lukewarmness would become boiling hot! Pray for the church across our city to truly become the light of the world!
