“Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in His prophets and you will be successful.” 2 Chronicles 20:20b (NIV)

On Thanksgiving Day we watched “It’s A Wonderful Life.” I could so totally could identify, and found myself crying through so much of it. In the end when, it all looked so desperate and the enemy, Mr. Potter was sure he had finally won, the town was awakened! Things would never be the same for Bedford Falls! George would never be the same!

This is the hour we now live! Things look bleak, the enemy acts as if he has won! But God is not finished! The seeds of prayer that have been planted are about to burst forth. Don’t lose hope, or give up your faith. Don’t stop trusting God or believing His prophets (2 Chronicles 20:20)! Our city, our nation, ourselves, will never be the same!

Cry out for the Church across the nation to wake up and be watchful for the seeds that are about to bring forth a harvest! Hold onto and keep praying into the prophetic words about this hour. Though they may seem to have been passed over, though they linger (Habakkuk 2:3), cry out for God to finish what He has begun! Like George, ask God to grant you eyes to see the world without you, and the true impact you have made for the kingdom. Declare with King David “In God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?” (Psalm 56: 4)
