“You are My favored Son. And as Your Father I have crowned You as My King Eternal. Today I became Your Father. Ask Me to give You the nations and I will do it, and they shall become Your legacy. Your domain will stretch to the ends of the earth. And You will shepherd them with unlimited authority, crushing their rebellion as an iron rod smashes jars of clay!” Psalm 2:7b-9 (TPT)
The Father says to His One and Only, His favored Son, “Ask and I will give You the nations as an inheritance!” The Father will come through with His offer. Jesus will receive His inheritance. Nothing is going to stop the Father from following through with this promise. God did not promise His Son a “one world community.” Nations are important to God, and it is clear that Jesus will “rule them with an iron scepter” (Revelation 19:15). Jesus will judge nations based on their identity as a sheep or goat (Matthew 25:31-46). Many believe that this separation is happening right now. The Gospel will be preached in every nation so that the whole world will hear it (Matthew 24:14). And, Jesus will have people from every tribe, tongue and nation worshipping Him around the Throne (Revelation 7:9). Right now, His bride is getting herself ready (Revelation 19:7-8).
Thank the Father for His promise to His Son and His faithfulness and ability to fulfill that promise of giving Him the nations. Ask Him to prepare the nations for the Son. Ask Him to prepare our nation, even right now. Ask Him to hinder and revoke every anti-Christ plan to establish a one world community, after all, He laughs at the rulers of nations as the make plans against Him (Psalm 2:1-4). Ask Him to release His voice and the gospel to every nation on the earth. And ask Him to use you as a voice for Him today!
