“The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Genesis 6:5 (ESV)
The majority of people now believe that our system is run top to bottom by corrupt people. But so many feel helpless to do anything about it. The corrupt have been getting away with it, and there appears to be no justice in sight!
There are a couple terms that might help. The first is ‘normalcy bias,’ which is believing things will continue on as it always has. The reality, we are heading to a T-intersection. What has been will not continue for much longer. A terrible revealing and removal is coming to the wicked. But it will shock many!
Another term is called ‘conformation bias,’ which is looking at everything through the filter of confirming what you believe. Instead of looking for truth, this bias causes many to look at things to simply confirm what they already believe. Again, many will be faced to confront this bias as the truth being revealed will speak too loudly to deny it any longer.
Still another term is ‘normie,’ which describes so much of the population that is just going through life believing everything the media has told them. Crazy thing is, decades ago there was a secret government approved program called “operation mockingbird,’ where all the main stream media came under control of CIA. Please check into if you don’t believe me.
‘Cognitive dissonance’ is the state of having inconsistent thoughts, beliefs or attitudes. It involves believing something but acting in a contrary manner. This usually means the one experiencing the cognitive dissonance will either change their belief or their behavior. Since to know what is right and not to do it is sin (James 4:17), one will either repent or change what they believe. The big reveal is about to happen! Get ready!!!
All this to say, so much of what you think of how the world works is going to be seen as a lie. It will seem as if nothing was as it has appeared. Yes, everything is about to be seen, and even the most prepared will be shocked by the depth of depravity and evil, from people and places we wouldn’t have expected.
Please pray that God would prepare you for the things that are about to come into the light. Much has already been exposed, but it is just the tip of the iceberg. Ask God to give you ears to hear truth and for every filter that has hindered you to be removed. Ask Him for wisdom and discernment so you will be able to help others who suddenly come into the light. Pray for your pastor to be willing to see truth rather than accept things as they appear. Pray that your church would be ready to speak the truth and help those in our community who will be absolutely overwhelmed. Pray for our city/nation that as the darkness gets seen, people would run to the church for truth and something solid to stand on!
