The Athens Prayer Watch – Nearly non-stop prayer over Athens

Details: We have launched into our second Prayer Watch this year. This one is for three months and we have just finished our first month. At this point we have over 200 thirty-minute slots covered each week. That averages out to over 12 ½ hours of focused prayer each week! That’s huge!!! Details: We meet at the arch and go from there. Each of these monthly walks are always unique and exciting. And we do it rain or shine, hot or cold. Please join us as we hit the pavement crying out for God to work among students this last month of the year. Monday – Friday / 9am to 5pm
Prayer Center is open for anyone to come and pray. Worship is continuous – either live, or CD or streamed in from Kansas City IHOP.

Thursday / 5 to 6pm – Healing Prayer
This is an opportunity to come and receive prayer from their trained prayer team. Whether your need is physical, emotional or spiritual they will pray with and for you. God has already been healing folks in some big time ways!!!

Thursday / 6:30 to 8pm – Encountering God Gatherings
This is a time of worship, teaching and intercession. A great opportunity to get empowered and grow as a praying person!

Wesley Foundation

Details: Throughout the year, each week there are several opportunities to pray with others at Wesley. As teh semester wraps up so will theWesley prayer opportunities will be wrapping up for the 2015 this first week of the December. You won’t want to miss out on these final prayer sessions!

This is a time of worship and intercession for students to know God’s heart, for revelation of Father’s heart, willingness of God, hunger to behold Him, humility, etc.

This is a time of prayer specifically for Wesley and for the Wednesday night service, but all are welcome to join.

Tuesday, December 1 / 2 to 3:30pm
This is a time of ministry for those present and intercession for individual and campus-wide needs, for salvation, revival, healing, freedom, etc.

Wednesday, December 2 / 11:30am to 1pm
This is a time for intercession for the Wednesday night Wesley Service and UGA students. We pray for students through the passage/topic for the Wesley service that night.

Thursday, December 3 / 1 to 2:30pm
This is a time of intercession for our city and the nations, people, ministries, governments and atmospheres outside of the college campuses.
