Fall is upon us. Classes are back in session. Rhythm is somewhat restored. And God is moving among us. It is not simply business as usual. Much prayer is going on. We’ll be finishing up the three-week prayer watch, but undoubtedly prayer will continue to increase. Here are several opportunities you can chose from to continue praying with others from across our city. Even if you can’t join us on-site, please pray with us from wherever you are. The Athens Watch – Nearly non-stop prayer over Athens
Concludes September 6 / midnight
Everywhere
Details: Multiple churches, ministries and people have joined together to pray nearly non-stop for three weeks (almost 200 of 336 half hour slots each week have been covered!). People prayed from wherever they were at in their assigned slot each week. Everyone tracked along on the Athens Prayer Watch Facebook group. Even folks from outside of Athens joined in. Details: We meet at the arch and go from there. Every one of these monthly walks are unique and exciting. And we do it rain or shine, hot or cold. Please join us as we hit the pavement crying out for God to do amazing things on the campus this semester. And if you are not able to be with us, please take a few moments to pray for UGA.

Details: College students from multiple campus ministries and churches join together as an expression of unity, crying out for God to move in our city and on the campus! Usually it is on the 1st Sunday night of every month, but because of Labor Day it was pushed back one week.

Prayer Center is open for anyone to come and pray. Worship is continuous – either live, or CD or streamed in from Kansas City IHOP.
Thursday / 5 to 6pm – Healing Prayer
This is an opportunity to come and receive prayer from their trained prayer team. Whether your need is physical, emotional or spiritual they will pray with and for you. God has already been healing folks in some big time ways!!!
Thursday / 6:30 to 8pm – Encounter Gatherings
This is a time of worship, teaching and intercession. A great opportunity to get empowered and grow as a praying person!
Wesley Foundation

This is a time of worship and intercession for students to know God’s heart, for revelation of Father’s heart, willingness of God, hunger to behold Him, humility, etc.
Tuesday / 7:30 to 9am
This is a time of prayer specifically for Wesley and for the Wednesday night service, but all are welcome to join.
Tuesday / 2 to 3:30pm
This is a time of ministry for those present and intercession for individual and campus-wide needs, for salvation, revival, healing, freedom, etc.
Wednesday / 11:30am to 1pm
This is a time for intercession for the Wednesday night Wesley Service and UGA students. We pray for students through the passage/topic for the Wesley service that night.
Thursday / 1 to 2:30pm
This is a time of intercession for our city and the nations, people, ministries, governments and atmospheres outside of the college campuses.
