“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5 (ESV)
We all know things are not right. Like a splinter in the mind, we can feel the dissonance. There is a siege that is going after the soul of our nation.
But don’t be apprehensive about what is coming. Yes, there will be some pain, but so does childbirth. This is a great and terrible day. We need to be persistent, even relentless at whatever God calls each of us to do in this hour. We have been born for this, but please don’t miss your opportunity. Make sure you are listening to Jesus and following wherever He leads (John 10:27).
The something that is not right has been operating for a long time, but it is finally getting exposed, and will be removed! It may get a bit darker, with some “shock and awe” things exposed, but please keep your eyes on Jesus and trust Him no matter what! Yes, this day is “winter solstice,” the darkest day of the year, but the turning point has come! Throughout scriptures the words hope in, wait for are related to the concept to trusting God! Wait for Him in this hour! Trust that He is not finished and will succeed. Put your hope in Him and not what your eyes see, or mind perceives, or what the media tells you, or this illegit government does! God wins!!!
Choose right now, to trust the Lord with all your heart, no matter what is exposed in the coming days! Pray for others around you that their faith won’t fail in the hour of testing, of darkness, of exposure that is coming. Pray for your pastor to keep hoping, waiting and trusting in the Lord. Pray that your church would be a bright light, a place of hope, for the city to see and be drawn into! Thank the Lord that you are alive and have a purpose today!!!
