“Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all the wealth of his house.” Proverbs 6:31 (NIV)

Many are saying that we are entering a season of restoration. Biblical restoration is not simply bringing things to their original design. Rather God is all about making things better. He says behold I am making things new (Isaiah 42:9). The passage in Proverbs says if the thief is caught, he must pay back seven-fold! Now that is Biblical restoration. So first the thief must be caught! Over this past season, many have experienced loss, pain and brokenness. This is the time to ask God to beautify what the enemy has come to defile and destroy. Malachi says that for tithers, God is the Rebuker of the devourer (3:20) and will pour out so much blessing that we won’t know what to do! In the big exposure going on right now, the thief will be caught, the wealth of the wicked will be transferred to the righteous (Proverbs 13:22)!

Ask God to catch the thief who has come to kill, steal and destroy you and your life! Ask God to expose every place where the enemy has stolen, frauded and/or destroyed things in your life – finances, friends, health, reputation, family, ministry, etc. Now ask God to send an invoice to the enemy, demanding repayment, even sevenfold! If you are a tither, ask God to rebuke the one who stole from you and to release His (God’s) blessings upon your life. Pray this same way for your family, for your pastor and your church, and for believers across our city!
