“And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?” Matthew 7:3 (NLT)

Many don’t like what I’ve been posting. Our newsletter has been unsubscribed, some have “canceled” us and others have “unfriended” us, but God is looking for people who will stand, who will speak and who fight on behalf of the Kingdom of God. A movement is rising up! We are not the woke but the awakened!

Remember we have a great big God and very little devil. Light overcomes darkness. And that light is growing as people start to see the truth and stand up. Don’t allow offense to rob God His glory. Don’t allow offense to steal from you what God wants to pour out. Don’t allow offense to create a foothold in your life and cause division in the body of Christ. Don’t allow offense to tear down the work that He has done in our city and in your church! Don’t allow wokeness to hinder you from stepping into awakening. Ask the Lord to show you any place where you have cancelled brothers and/or sisters in the body of Christ, and then uncancel them, restore that relationship and open the floodgates of heaven over our city! Where you see a speck in a brother’s eye, first deal with the log in your own! Proverbs tells us it is a blessing to overlook an offense (19:11), but so sadly much of the church has been sucked into the culture of offense that is rabid in our nation. Stop it! Reject the ways of the flesh and of the world. We are called to be salt and light!

Ask the Lord right now if there is any place of offense in you (Psalm 139:23-24). Confess it quickly. If you have offended a brother go make it right (Matthew 5:23-24). Cry out for your church and pastor to be convicted of any place where they have allowed the spirit of offense into their hearts. Ask God to reveal the depth that this offense robs Him of His glory and hinders the release of His commanded blessings (Psalm 133). The bible is so clear that we cannot harbor unforgiveness in our hearts (Matthew 6:14-15, Luke 6:37, Matthew 18:21-35). Ask God to expose every place across our city that unforgiveness is hiding. Ask God to release humility to confess sins and offenses to one another (1 John 1:9, James 5:16). Thank Him for His promised commanded blessing where there is unity. Ask Him to release a new grace for unity across our city, starting in marriages & homes, and local churches, spreading to businesses, schools and government, until our city experiences a heaven-sent unity that releases God’s blessing! Thank Him for fulfilling His promises and honoring His word!
