When evil rules!

“When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.” Proverbs 29:2 (TPT)

Those arrested for suspected involvement in January 6, have been locked away, with no due process or trial and apparently are being beaten. Many were taken away from their homes in middle the night, consisting of raids by armed agents, flash bombs and armored vehicles. Whisked away under the cover of darkness. They are now being treated as political prisoners, held in small cells some with toilets that don’t work. We are living under a tyrannical communist dictatorship who is welding its power to take out their competition. All is not well! Darkness looms, the people groan, and the stage is set for the greatest revival/awakening to ever rock the planet!!!

Whether you want to acknowledge it or not, our nation is quickly heading down a dark slippery slope. Even to the unaware, what the government is doing is more than stupidity. It is absolute wickedness. Look at what is happening in Australia! Don’t believe for a second that it can’t happen here. When evil people, who are being lead being evil spirits, lead a nation it goes downhill fast. The church is the last bastion of light and truth, and that’s why we need to expect an intensification of aggression against her! Pastors need to be preparing their flocks to “obey God over government” (Acts 4:19, 5:29). While I still believe that the greatest move of God is about ready to happen, I am so aware that the battle is not over, and the enemy knows it! Right now, there is not justice, evil is allowed to flourish, while law abiding citizens are being threatened, persecuted and even jailed and tortured, without due process! The Great Day of the LORD is both awesome and terrifying, and it all depends on which side you are standing on. Choose today to be wholehearted in your stance for God, for truth, for freedom, for babies, for our nation!

Pray for grace and faith to walk these days out in a manner worthy of your calling (Ephesians 4:1). Ask God for courage to obey Him over man, to fear Him over man, and to not love your life so much as you would shrink from death (Revelation 12:11). Pray for your pastor to take a strong stand for God and ALL that the Bible teaches. Pray for your church to be ready for intensified persecution, and revival. Pray that God would turn this nation and its heart and soul back to Him!
